Our Loan signing agent training class remains online from 8:30am-12:30pm on certain Saturdays.

For "IN-PERSON" Notary Public and Notary Renewal courses, there is a $40 course book/materials fee payable at the class plus $40 check for the state notary exam payable to the "Secretary of State."

This Online Loan Signing class is LIVE via ZOOM.

The cost includes registration, course book/materials fee, practice test, and one shipment course materials ship in California only.

ONLINE Notary Public Class LIVE via ZOOM = $179 ~TBA~

 

The cost for Online Notary Public & Notary Renewal classes include registration, course book/materials fee and one shipment course materials ship in California only.

The online class is a live course that offers plenty of opportunity to ask questions and engage with the instructor.  It is the same course as the In-Person class, except that it’s online through Zoom.  The students need to be on camera the entire class so we can issue the Proof of Completion. Students will then need to take the state notary exam when the state offers it. The state exam schedule will be provided.

 

State Exam for Online classes: The state test proctors offer a calendar of exam dates and locations. Select time/date convenient for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds offered for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the course date, less $35 cancellation policy.  Refunds will be paid within (14) business days. FULL REFUND will be offered if class is cancelled. NO REFUND or CREDIT for NO-SHOWS.

Also, please make a note that the registration fee for Online class is non-refundable once we mail the course book and materials, but if you need to reschedule the fee can be credited toward a future online class less $35 cancellation fee within 6 months of the scheduled class provided you notify us of this intent at least 7 business days before the class. 

Only one re scheduled class is permitted. Cancellations within 7 business of the course and 'No-shows' on the day of the course will not receive a refund and will not receive a credit toward a future class.


All cancellations must be made in writing and refund will be issued within 14 business days after we receive your
e-mailed notice of cancellation.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 
 

1. Per State law students are required to attend the entire course. Late arriving students will not be permitted in the class and will not receive a refund. 

2. If the student arrives for the course but does not complete the course, there will be no refund for registration or course materials and will not receive "Proof of Completion."

 

3. For Online Notary Public Class, per state requirement, students will be required to keep their cameras on throughout the course in order for the instructor to ensure you have attended the entire course, as required by law (Stepping away momentarily is permitted).
