CANCELLATION REFUND and RESCHEDULING POLICY:

This cancellation policy applies only to participants who registered directly with our school, California Notary Training Center.

If you registered through another school or a community program, please contact the organization where you completed your registration and review their specific cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS:

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the course
date are eligible for a refund less a $35 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days.

• A full refund will be issued if the class is cancelled by the provider.

• NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given for NO-SHOWS.

ONLINE CLASS REGISTRATION:

• The registration fee for online classes is non-refundable once the course book and materials have been mailed.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

• Rescheduling is permitted to a different date at the same location only and for a $35 fee.

• Registrations may not be transferred to another location.

• All rescheduling must be completed within six (6) months of the original registration date.

• Only one (1) reschedule is permitted per registration,
less the $35 fee.

• Cancellations made within 7 business days of the course date, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit toward a future class.
 

COMPLIMENTARY SIT-IN POLICY:

• A one-time complimentary sit-in for review purposes may be offered, based on availability, to students who did not pass the Notary examination within six (6) months of their class date.

• This accommodation is not available solely for review purposes and is limited to eligible students only.​
